By using this website, you accept the terms and conditions of use. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to Benjamin Clewer trading as Agri Advisory at the associated website www.agriadvisory.com.au, and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor or website user.

1.0 Use of Website

You acknowledge and agree that this website is made available for the purpose of providing general information regarding Agri Advisory and the services it offers.

(b) the provision of, or failure to provide, consulting services;

(c) any external factors beyond the reasonable control of the business; or

(d) the use of, or reliance upon, any third party content, links, comments or advertisements.

Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials on this website or consulting services is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information, product or service available through this website meets your specific individual requirements. You acknowledge that such information, product and service may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies conferred by the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

3.0 Competition and Consumer Act

For the purposes of the Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Agri Advisory’s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to; the supply of the goods or services to you; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.

You must be over 18 years of age to access this website and to purchase any goods or services.

4.0 Delivery of Goods

Physical products are shipped via Australia Post and/or other trusted courier services. Orders are dispatched promptly once full payment has been received. Delivery times generally range from 2 to 14 days, depending on the selected delivery method. Any issues relating to damaged or lost items must be taken up directly with Australia Post or the relevant courier. We do not accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit or not received. Replacements for lost or damaged items may be offered at the sole discretion of Agri Advisory.

Digital products are made available for download immediately after purchase. Please note that downloading software or digital files carries inherent risks. If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your digital purchase, please contact us for assistance.

5.0 Returns and Refunds

Agri Advisory administers returns and refunds in strict compliance with the Australian Consumer Law and all applicable consumer protection legislation.

Any request for a return must be submitted in writing within ten (10) business days of the date of purchase, together with a valid and substantiated reason for the request. Should Agri Advisory determine, at its sole discretion, that the matter cannot be otherwise resolved, a refund may be authorised, conditional upon the timely return and receipt of the goods in question. Goods that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition shall be eligible for a full refund.

All refunds shall be processed within a reasonable timeframe and remitted via the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise required by law. The approval, rejection, or partial acceptance of any request for refund remains exclusively at the discretion of Agri Advisory, subject always to obligations imposed by the Australian Consumer Law.

This website may contain links to external websites, reports, or resources. These are provided for convenience only. Agri Advisory does not control and is not responsible for third-party content. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the third-party material or services.

7.0 Disclaimer

Agri Advisory is not licensed to provide financial product advice. Consider obtaining advice from the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence before making a decision on a financial product or strategy.

Agri Advisory values and respects the privacy of the people we deal with. Any personal information collected through business activities and through the website www.agriadvisory.com.au will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy on the website. We collect personal information in the process of providing consulting services and respect the confidentiality of all client data.  

While reasonable security measures are in place, Agri Advisory does not warrant or guarantee that data transmitted via the internet is completely secure.

9.0 Third Parties

Agri Advisory may engage third-party service providers to support functionality, analytics, and consulting operations. These providers may have access to certain personal or business information necessary for their services.

Personal or business information submitted through the website may be disclosed:

-To service providers or contractors assisting with business operations.

-If required by law, court order, or government authority.

-In connection with the sale, merger, or restructuring of Agri Advisory.

We implement reasonable measures to ensure that third parties protect any information disclosed to them.

10.0 Exclusion of Competitors

If you are engaged in the business of creating, supplying, or offering documents, goods, or services of a similar nature for commercial gain, whether to business clients or domestic users, you shall be deemed a competitor of Agri Advisory. By engaging the services of Agri Advisory, you acknowledge and agree that Agri Advisory is reliant upon the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information provided by you in order to perform the services. Agri Advisory accepts no responsibility or liability for any outcomes, results, or consequences arising from the provision of services where such outcomes are based on information supplied by you. You remain solely responsible for all decisions made in reliance upon our services, recommendations, or advice, together with any and all consequences that may result therefrom.

All content and materials made available on this website are provided strictly for general informational and educational purposes. 13.0 Jurisdiction

This website and its use are government by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. By using this website, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia for the resolution of disputes.
